With the onset of the Covid-19 crisis, many old friends of The Carrigdhoun Newspaper have been generously helping us out by providing content.
Amongst them is Joe Healy who has kindly given us old photos from the area.
Picture 1 shows: "A highlight of Carrigaline Festival in 1990 was the hotly contested wheelbarrow race along the Main Street. Ahead of the field in this picture were the late Betty Broderick and Tom Busteed. (Pic. Joe Healy)

Photo 2: "Carrigaline Pipe Band lead the parade along Church Road before the signing of the official twinning agreement at the Community Complex between Carrigaline and Guidel, Brittany in 1987. (Pic. Joe Healy)."

Thanks Joe.

Nice work on this article. Everything is explained properly without making the topic difficult to understand. Since instagram reels download is searched regularly by many users, this kind of informative and easy-to-read content is very helpful.
