Carrigaline sealed the Cork ETB Rebel Óg Premier 1 MFC title with a superb 2-15 to 1-13 victory, finishing strongest after a spirited second‑half comeback at Páirc Uí Rinn.

Five points down early in the half, they rallied impressively as Ben Corkery‑Delaney, Luke Jordan and Cillian Murphy hit crucial scores.

Jordan’s close‑range goal levelled matters before Charlie Hanratty palmed home the decisive late strike. Carrigaline had begun brightly through Murphy and Corkery‑Delaney, but their opponents controlled much of the first half.

The response after the break was immediate, with Corkery‑Delaney and Murphy narrowing the gap before Jordan’s goal reignited momentum.

Hanratty’s late finish pushed Carrigaline clear, Jordan added another point, and Corkery‑Delaney closed it out with a free.
