Conditional permission granted for 73 homes in Crosshaven

Updated: Feb 26, 2020

Conditional permission has been given to O’Flynn’s Construction to build 73 homes in the Church Bay Road area of Crosshaven.

The permission was granted by Cork County Council on February 20th. The developments will see the construction of 53 detached dwelling houses and apartment units.

The decision to grant conditional permission has received a mixed response from locals in Crosshaven. While some people are delighted with the decision to grant approval, other people have cited the narrowness as of the Church Bay Road as a cause for concern going forward with the development.
