Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer – Now Open In Carrigaline

Michael has more than 10 years experience working with one of Ireland’s largest estate agency firms, Sherry Fitzgerald. Following three years studying Property Management and Evaluation, Michael spent 2 years working as a junior negotiator in the Fermoy franchise before being promoted to Branch Manager for, firstly, the Midleton and then the Carrigaline franchise, which he managed from 2010 and which has led to him being regarded as one of the foremost authorities in the locality in all aspects of the property sector. Michael is well known throughout the locality and has a wealth of local knowledge. He is regarded as a hardworking, enthusiastic auctioneer with a proven ability to achieve the best for his clients. Since opening his new business Michael reports that business has been brisk but reports that there is a vast shortage of housing stock throughout the area. If you are thinking of selling you can call Michael for a free market appraisal. Michael is aware that opening his own business is a daunting prospect but over the last three months he says that he has “hit the ground running”, and as someone who lives in the community, he can offer clients the benefit of extensive local knowledge and expertise. Michael is fully licensed with the Property Services Regulatory Authority and holds a BSc Hons Degree in Property Management & Valuation. He is a full member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers & Valuers (IPAV) and is also a recognized European Valuer, being a TEGoVA member.
