Taoiseach To Launch New Carrigaline Homes

Taoiseach Micheál Martin will launch Co-operative Housing Ireland’s Brookhill estate of 69 affordable family homes in on the Ballea Road Carrigaline on Monday 7th December.

Brookhill is a development of 69 A-rated homes which were delivered through a partnership with Cork County Council, the Housing Finance Agency and Homeland Group.

CHI engaged with a developer to deliver this turnkey estate. CHI representatives will be available to comment on the importance of turnkey developments in combatting the housing crisis in Ireland.

About Co-operative Housing Ireland

Co-operative Housing Ireland is the national organisation representing, promoting and developing co-operative housing in Ireland. Since our foundation in 1973 we have provided over 6,000 homes through home-ownership, shared ownership and social rented co-operatives.

With our membership of democratically controlled local co-operatives, we now manage more than 3,000 homes across Ireland as well as providing a network of childcare services in our communities.
