We love this footage of Kinsale in the 60s

The 1960s was a great time of music and fashion all across the world.

With bright colour, criss crossing of tastes and styles, and with the roaring sound of The Beatles, the sixties were a time of exploration and pushing boundaries.

In between all the hustle and bustle, we found some fantastic footage of the Kinsale from that golden time.

The two minute clip gives a walk around of Charles Fort before showing us a look of the town, in all its glory, on a beautiful summer's day in the 60s.

Last week, we were over in Carrigaline all the way back in the 70s, where we got a guided tour of the town nearly fifty years ago.
