Earlier this year we brought you a heart-warming story about author Nadine Campbell Hughes who wrote a storybook about her son Noah’s adventures around the rebel county. Noah is back and this time he’s on his holidays!
Noah and his family are in Berlin to visit Uncle Barry and see all the famous sites the city has to offer. After visiting the Brandenburg Gate and Templehof, Noah even tries one of Germany’s most famous delicacies - currywurst.
Noah’s Cork Adventure has been a huge success for Nadine and she hopes their latest adventures in Berlin will be too! We got a sneak peek at the latest instalment and we can assure you it's just as good as the first.

Author Nadine, who is originally from Canada, moved to Leeside six years ago. She had received a one-year job contract in Dublin, but after falling in love with a Corkman, two children and a dog later, she is now proud to call Cork home. She discovered her passion for storytelling upon the birth of her first child, Noah, who the protagonist of the book is named after.
The book is beautifully illustrated by Polina, a Ukrainian artist Nadine found on a peer-to-peer writer and illustrator website. “I spent a long time looking for the perfect illustrator, and when I discovered her work, I knew she was the one!”
Noah's Berlin Adventure is currently being rolled out into stores, and Nadine is pleased to say it is already available at the Carrigaline Bookshop.
