Glenwood House Scoops Award
The Cork Food Policy Council recently held their annual awards, which focuses on sustainability and Glenwood House, Carrigaline were awarded a Certificate of Recognition. Noelle Morrisson of Glenwood House said, “We have always grown a lot of our own fruit and veg and we support using less and no plastic where we can. Recycling and composting also play a vital role in improving our own sustainability and we promote and teach cooking from scratch with fresh, local seasonal ingredients with our regular demo and dine evenings”.
