Local Estate Agency Marks Decade of Service in Carrigaline

Michael Pigott Auctioneer & Valuer is celebrating ten years in business, marking the milestone with a special anniversary gathering in Carrigaline.

Family, friends, neighbours, clients and members of the wider community joined the celebrations on Main Street, where the agency has operated since opening its doors in 2016. Over the past decade, the firm has established a strong reputation across County Cork for its local knowledge, professional guidance and personal approach to property services.

Founded by Michael Pigott, who previously gained more than ten years’ experience with one of Ireland’s leading estate agencies, the business offers a comprehensive range of services. These include residential, commercial and agricultural property sales and lettings, as well as valuations for probate, lending, property transfer and other professional purposes.

Addressing those gathered to mark the occasion, Mr Pigott expressed his gratitude to the community for its continued support.

Community engagement is also reflected on a personal level. Michael is a member of Carrigaline Lions Club, while Maeve plays a significant role as PRO with Tracton Athletic Club, and is a committee member for the highly regarded Annual Tracton 4 Mile Road Race.

From its beginnings as a single office operation, the Carrigaline-based agency has grown into a dedicated team of licensed professionals with expertise spanning sales, lettings, property management and valuations.
