Busy Weekend of Sport
Outside of the Rebels travelling to face Limerick on Saturday night in the long-awaited clash in the Allianz Hurling League, locally there is a busy schedule of games.
Top of the list is the meeting of old rivals Ballinhassig and Courcey Rovers in the Co-Op Superstore Hurling League in Ballinspittle on Sunday morning at 11.30 am.

(Ballinhassig open their account as a senior team on Sunday as they take on Courceys )
Another attractive game on Sunday morning is the meeting of Ballymartle and Ballincollig in Riverstick at 11.30 am.
Ballymartle are under new management this year under Noel Deasy.
Ballygarvan have a long trip to Milford, while Tracton are at home to Castlemartyr.
Both games have an 11.30am throw-in.
Carrigaline have a difficult assignment in the hurling league as they must travel to the home of Kanturk, also an 11.30 am throw-in on Sunday morning.
In the Carrigdhoun Hurling Leagues, Belgooly are away to Tracton on Friday night with an 8pm throw-in.
On Sunday, Kinsale travel to Valley Rovers at 3pm and Shamrocks face Carrigaline at 4pm.
On the soccer front, Crosshaven will be hoping to bounce back and get their title hopes back on track when they face Ballinhassig away on Friday night in the Beamish Stout Junior 4 Division at 8 pm.
While Crosshaven will be expected to take the points, it has the potential to be a banana skin.
Also in the same division, Carrigaline United welcome Temple United to Ballea Park on Friday night at 8 pm.
In the Junior Second Division, Carrigaline have a chance to close the gap on Lakewood and College Corinthians in a home tie, also on Friday night at 8pm.
Other games down for decision: Leed v Passage on Saturday at 2pm, Kinsale v Crosshaven also on Saturday at 2pm.
On Sunday, Ballinhassig are away to Carrigtwohill as they continue their title charge in the Senior 2nd Division at 10.45am. Also playing away at the same time are Kinsale’s second team, as they travel to Riverstown.
Reports in next week’s paper.
At a recent presentation, Crosshaven Junior Team Capt Kevin O'Neal received the December-January Team of the Month Award from Pat Quinn, Munster Senior League, with Manager Paul Kelly and Coach Anthony Boyle in attendance

I landed on this platform while looking through reviews of games where success seems tied more to skill than pure chance. After noticing spinmama in a comment, curiosity pushed me to click. The strongest impression for me was that this kind of experience leaves no room for careless decisions. Without bonuses or secret support, you are completely alone with your strategy. I had one session where I lost it all, and that forced me to reflect on my behavior. The following attempt was more measured and ended in a better way. From Ivory Coast, I see it as a true test of patience and focus.
