Get ready for some Halloween excitement as the Púca Pumpkin Patch officially opens its gates at the family-run Douglas Allotments, one of Cork’s most established allotment sites. Perfectly timed for some spooky fun, the patch promises a memorable experience for all ages.
The Púca pumpkin patch will be open from 10 am to 4 pm on the weekends of October 18th-19th, October 25th-26th, and also on October 29th. Visitors can look forward to picking their own pumpkins directly from the field, all grown organically on the farm, ensuring a local, sustainable, and environmentally friendly experience.

Beyond pumpkin picking, there's a host of other attractions to enjoy. Explore vintage tractors, venture into the "spooky shed" featuring Halloween displays, and participate in colouring competitions with scary surprises. A coffee truck will be on hand to offer hot drinks and treats. Keep an eye out for a wandering hen or two – and perhaps even a banshee!
Located conveniently close to Carrigaline, Crosshaven, Douglas, and Ballygarvan, the Púca pumpkin patch is an outdoor event, so visitors are advised to dress accordingly.
