Salad Box Opens In Douglas
Local business people, Eilis and Mickey Howard are the proud new owners of Salad Box, at the Douglas Village Shopping Centre which opened recently.
Salad box is a global franchise operator and already has a presence in twelve countries, with sixty-eight trading locations on three continents. Mike Kelly, Managing Director of Salad Box Ireland, explained more about the company and plans for developing Salad Box in the Irish market.
He said: “At Salad Box, we seek to deliver tasty healthy food every day. Our passion for amazing food with focused customer service has lead us to 12 countries. It is a pleasure to add Ireland to this growing food revolution.
Our opening in Cork will be followed next month with two openings in Dublin. We see great potential for steady growth in the Irish market. Our salad and wrap menu has been created from recipes of the world, and in addition to these we offer smoothies, juices, soups and desserts all made fresh in our kitchen each day.
